Well, that sounds find to me. I do not know of anything against Stevia. My wife says that she likes it. Are you going to take it to loose weight or just to have a better diet?

I don't no if it is available in your country, but here I use Advantage. My husband was diagnosed with diabetes, and among allot of food changes he had to cut sugar. And he says there is no after taste whatsoever, maybe you should try it if it is available there

Stevia is a terrific sweetener. It helps prevent tooth decay and gum disease. It's also shown to help decrease blood pressure. It's a really good alternative to aspartame, splenda, and other low calorie sweeteners.

I have heard of stevia, but just like sucralose (splenda) and other of that nature one must be carefull if they have sensitive GI. It can act like a laxative. I have colitis and I should not be having sugar, but I have not found something I can have and won't cause me to have a flair up. If one has it in moderation it should be perfectly fine though. Just my too meager cents.:)

Flowers - Beautiful red flowers.
I am not familiar about stevia but I hope I could try it and plant it if possible here in the Philippines. I am not so much of herbals but I got attracted to this kind. Thanks a lot. I'd be looking for it.
