Anyone on this board doing the Self Challenge?

A few of my friends and I have signed up for the Self Challenge. We did it a few years back. We have stayed freinds for 5 years now. You can find it at self.com. They have the charts for the exercise and everything. Let me know if you have done it in the past or are doing it this year? How has it worked for you?

This is the first time I have seen this website, and frankly I find it very interesting. I will review the information, which on the surface certainly looks interesting, and worthwhile. I will check it out and let you know what I think.
