Green tea has been hailed as a cancer fighting superstar, thanks to its high concentration of antioxidants. Interesting, I've never heard of rooibos before now. I am going to check into it though, I take green tea tablets right now but know I am not sleeping well so that may have something to do with it. As always, thank you so much for the helpful information.
