n February, the Japanese government held a meeting in Tokyo to “normalise” the IWC. As we reported, it seemed that “normalise” means “business as usual” – in this case, keep catching whales. Denmark was one of the countries participating in the meeting. Because of statements made by the Danish commissioner, the Danish Foreign Affairs Minister is under pressure. In the near future the minister has to explain the Danish IWC position to parliament - a debate that is desperately needed. To keep up the pressure we urgently ask you to send an email to the Danish minister for foreign affairs, Per Stig Møller. http://oceans.greenpeace.org/en/take-action/denmark

I wish they would stop the killing, it is nature and beautiful. Whales are a beautiful species and I love when you see them in the ocean. Especially the art work by Wylann in California. I believe I spelled his name properly.

Thanks for caring. You seem to be one of the few that care about the World we live in.

I'm not really sure what you are trying to say here. I assume you are against the slaughter of whales? I think if people are against the slaughter they should boycot goods that are imported from those countries that are involved.

Yes, you undertstood well. It's true that boycot is a good method, but if whaling is forbidden by law, that's infinite better.
