How many hours in a week u practice sport?

...i use about 10 in a week cause i think that to take care of our body is very important also for the quality of our life and not just for health....do u do sport??? How many hours at week?? U think 10 are too much or too few?

Only two hours because I'm not a very sportive boy. But I like to play football and go on my bicycle.
