Olive oil is the healthiest oil??

The truth: Extra-virgin olive oil is certainly one of the healthier oils due to its high polyphenol counts. But, canola oil actually has more heart healthy omega-3 like fats. So to get the greatest benefit, cook with both. Use olive oil for salad dressings and med. heat cooking and canola for high heat cooking and baking. An interesting article I found - Marisa Maeyama

Thanks, canola oil is something I have to learn about! I did not know it has omega 3 sort of fats, so it bears looking into. I have used extra virgin olive oil for cooking, but thanks to you, I will buy some canola oil also. I wonder if there are any recipes for dishes using canola oil, besides using it for frying, etc.
