Bedtime Rituals/Habits?

What must you do before you go to bed? For me its washing up, putting on body and face lotions, and praying.

I am usually working right up till bed time but I like to vegout in front of the tv for a while and then got to bed. I get washed up, pray and fall fast asleep :o)

taking a bath or just washing up also, drinking a glass of milk and praying.

I take my showers at night before I get ready for bed. I wear contacts and they come over usually right before shower time. I get on Mylot and check my Myspace one last time and then go brush my teeth and head off to bed.
