What kind of characteristics or personality do you think bosse likes these days?

Well, I think this varies a lot. It depends what kind of job you are applying for. i think that some of the things they most often look for is the ability to work witout constant supervision, creativity, people with ideas, people that are honest and hardworking. They want people with ideas, but at the same time are able to follow instructions and accept the decitions of the boss.
