Operation Smile....

A group of doctors and some foundations pulled together thier resources and 'know how' to give those children with cleft palate free operation to correct such birth defect. It really touches my heart how such capability to give a beautiful smile could make a difference in the children's lives...it is indeed life changing for them.. Smile is something that people like us who could give it anytime and beautifully take for granted. "Smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those give it. It takes but a moment but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever."

Yes it is. My best friends oldest son whois now 6 years old was born with that but you can't really tell it now. She says he will need surgery agian as he gets older. He is a very smart little boy also.

I think kids from your country are better off than kids from my country since they get better health care and they have ready access to expertise that is not that expensive. Here only the rich or well to do families could afford such operation. Though Thank for responding my friend.

Yeah he is one medicaid since he was born eith that . My friends aren't to rich or poor but when he was born that why he got the help he needed.
