Scolding ourselves - I used to scold myself when am alone , if i did anything wrong..

I do.. I used to scold myself at times mostly when am alone.. If i did anything wrong will scold myself.. What do u think friends? Am i the only person doing all these stuffs? I think many peoples are there like me isn't lol?

i often do that when i am upset with myself for doing something wrong or something i should not have done.

Why would you want to scold yourself, anyway? are you a bad person? I Hope not. I talk to myself, sometime when i'm alone. THis is just to keep my thoughts affirmed to myself. Never did i scold myself.. i dont know, i just dont imagine myself doing that. I love myself, and i would never do such things that i think would just confused me in a way. I hope scolding yourself, works well with you.
