I brush my teeth twice everyday.
Even though I have plenty of gold teeth, my dentist said that brushing is most important for gum health.
Many people forget that brushing their teeth is about more than the teeth themselves.
Brush for good gum health.

I brush my teeth at least twice a day.When i have tooth problem i go to the dentist to put amalgam on it so that the hole won't get any bigger. I think after our baby's teeth are gone we should really take care of our teeth because once it fall out it won't grow back anymore.
