How Often Do You Groom Your Dogs?

How often do you groom your dogs? Do you groom your dog even if it is short haired? I have a long hair and a short haired Border Collie and I groom them both equally as during molting season the both itch alot and this is due to loose hair. A quick once over with the brush, removes all the loose hair and stops them both from itching.

I tend to try and brush my dogs at least once a week. One of my dogs doesn't like brushes and brooms etc so it can be very difficult to brush him sometimes but as a responsible dog owner, I like to keep ontop of their grooming and always think that their coats look much better after a brush.
