Daughter's name.......

I looking out for a lovely name for my daughter. Anybody know any unique name starting with the Initial 'S'Nothing too predicatble but a name sounding more international and not restricted to race, religion? Any suggestions?

Sasha would be cool. It sounds a little exotic but isn't only used in one or two languages. It comes from the name Alexander which means Defender of Men (I looked the meaning up on a baby name site)

That's right, Sasha is good. You can also choose Shania, Sarah, Sandra, Selena, Sheila, Shella, Stella, Shelly, Sofia or Sophia or Sophie, Serendra, Shaina (Sha-ee-na).

I had a friend named Serena and I always thought it was such a pretty name. And she's the only person I've ever known or heard of with that name.

I had a friend in school who's name was Sian - you could also do something like Serena, Serenity, Simone etc - or i have a friend in Poland whose name is Saskia!

hhmmm well you can look some names on the baby's names list my friend. you might even the meanings there. i like sharmellah. shantal, shonie, sarah, sheila mae, and many many more... also samera, samantha, sandara, scarlet, schantelle, saundra, shanetha... and you can find more if your search for it my friend. anyways, you always do take care. jhelai
