Scratching in Public??

I wouldn't mind people scratching their head or neck in public, but briefly. But if it is a mannerism, it can be annoying. And, if they do it consistently too, it can make me embarassed. I wouldn't like to see someone scratching some body part deliberately, and would avoid such people.

Sometimes, it can't be helped? But if it can be, I think it's best to confine such actions to where you won't be seen. At least if you have to do it, make it as unobtrusive and unnoticeable. :P

We are physical beings and am not sure why a nose itch or something would be irritating. Of course I would not appreciate a private type scratch myself. We are not perfect beings and I think that we should not be expected to behave as such. Hope you can come to some terms with this kind of thing.

People scratching thier heads, butts and privates irritate me the most. I don't mind if your knee is itchy and you need to scratch , but leave the yuckiest body parts alone in public.

Why is scratching your head, neck or arms such a big deal. Everyone has an itch every now and then, so everyone should scratch it. That is just the silliest thing I have heard, people not being able to scratch.

I scratch my head just a little,there are people who scratch their genitals in public,or even their as*,i cant do that.

yes ,scratching in public is discusting and should be avoided.however sometimes the urge is so strong that it can't be avoided. but it should be done as discretely as possible. but you have to admit scratching in public is far better then picking your nose in public

That is not a serious problem my friend..but farting in public places..i hate that..

Wow, this would be very difficult for me as I have skin conditions that cause me to itch all the time.....I never realized how offensive it is to scratch the areas you mentioned.... Now obviously there are areas that would be tacky to scratch...lol
