The answer is rhetorical. It is so obvious . Let's take a hypothetical situation here....a person is in a fit of rage and in that moment of fury they pick up a weapon...the outcome is disasterous ; however , if in that fury...there were no weapon available...this person might have just enough time to cool down and reconsider his actions. Like I said... the answer is Obvious.
