There is no magic formula. If there was wouldn't everyone be successful? Success is subjective concept and the meaning of success is different for everyone.

Yes, its real. If one works hard to achieve a goal, god is ever ready to help any one else. I beleive in god, prayers are so powerful in our day to day life. If one is dedicated and always prays, he or she is sure to success in life. I really believe this. I have exoerienced myself.
