When Buying A Car CD Player..... (UK)?

...is it possible to get one that takes home-made CD's, ie CD's that I have pu songs on after downloading from Limewire?d am I wrong in thinking that you can only download MP3 format from Limewire, so therefore the car CD player would have to be MP3 compatible
