Mylot.com....discussion quality manipulation....how it is accomplished?

There are so many discussions and topics on myLot.com...How the quality of discussions manipulated...is there any server
with some intelligence to keep an eye on discussions posted on
mylot.com or it is done manually.....not seem to be possible.
Please clear my doubts if one can.
