headset speaker amp

Hi people,
I'm flying with a microlight(ULM) and because my hearing was damaged in a motorcyle insident about 10 years ago,I'm strugling to hear my passengers!I need to build a liitle amp to boost my headsets speakers!Could anyone please help me with some ideas or maybe a diagram to build the amp?
