Water broke at 1am, no contractions beforehand. We went to the hospital, she was born 4:33am. So 3 hours, 33 minutes, and only 4 1/2 hours past her due date of the previous day.

Forgot to add: no pain meds here, either, she came too fast.

Well I was in labor for 32 hours. I was in hard labor for about 15 hours. I had a homebirth so all of this was done nuatural with no medication encouragement from my husband. I was so excited when labor started because I was 3 weeks late, she just did not want to come out into this world. I did only push for 30 minutes but I didn;t mind the pushing part it was the intense contractions that got me.

I was in labor for 17 hours, everything was great at first until the 14th hour the doctor said that the contraction halted. My breath dropped and the baby's heartbeat as well. An oxygen was attached to secure my breathing. The pain grew heavier and heavier each hours until the doctor decided i'd undergo C-Session. Only then we found out that the baby's position was transversed and he's cord coiled 3x. It was unbelievable but the sight of my baby relieved all the pain.

with my first, i was in "hard" labor for about 6 hours, and had to push for 2 hours because he was coming out facing up instead of down. so a total of 8 hours. maybe it was actually longer becuase i was having contractions at home for a few hours before i got to the hospital in serious pain. i didnt consider it "real labor" until i got to the hospital. like you, i didnt have any meds at all either. i labored in the jacuzzi, then got out and delivered him in a birthing room. i cross my fingers that with this baby (im 36 weeks preggo) labor wont be bad or traumatizing. i consider myself lucky that i didnt have such a bad experience with my first.

Last year i gave birth to my son,it was my first time, and was in labor for about 7 hours,at first the interval was every 30 minutes but when my son was ready to go out,the interval was every 1 minute and that was the hardest part of my labor..really!painful but fulfilling!

With my daughter I was in labor for 8 hours with no meds and was pretty much at pushing point but her heart rate was dropping really fast so they did an emergency csection. They say now that there was no reason for it so I'm really mad that they did that. With my next I'm going to try for a VBAC though.. preferrably no meds. And since I did the 8 hours with my daughter with no meds I think I might be able to do it.

Oh, if i can recall my past labor, it was so terrible.. With my daughter, i was in labor for almost 1 day, no water bag was broke, it's pure blood and it's so painful for me, so painful that i dont want to walk because if i will start walking, i can feel that theres something breaking on my hips..It's not that easy, and i swear to God not to have another baby again..lol But of course, maybe, i love to have another one. I want to have a baby boy, but i guess, it's not now because i dont have a husband yet, just a boyfriend..

I was in hard labor for 6 hours with my son, i had 2 hours of pushing because he was big and i was laying down, he would have come out faster if i had been upright. Im still pregnant with this baby, so i dont know, hopefully a couple of hours and he will be out.
