Seems you are in love with someone. Do not take it as a big issue. Just take it easy. Go to that fellow. Start talking with other matters like his name, family background & members, education, interest, about parents etc. Try to meet frequently him. After few days of discussions and meeting you can express your feelings. In the meantime you will be able to know his personality. Later you can decide whether he is fit for you or not. Just by outlook do not fall in love with anyone, try to fall in love by heart. Same feeling should be from other side then only it will be successed.

May be you can ask one of your friend to help you out..That friend can go and talk to him about your feelings.But before doing that think twice about everything...
