Sleeping Pills

Did you ever take sleeping pills? Are you a regular? Do you get sleep naturally?

i always get natural sleep so still i haven't used it .

hey anil no i never took sleeping pills i do not believe in pills i take them only if i can't get any other help to solve the problem i am not a very big slipper..i sleep about 3 hours a night i know that my grandfather is addicted to those sleeping pills he really can not sleep unless he takes them..for years now
