What's Up With Writingup?

I was looking for a community blogging site that paid, and writingup seemed like the best one. When I tried to register, I never got an email with a password, and when I wrote to support for help, I never got an answer. I tried again a few weeks later--new user name and email address because when I tried to use the original ones I signed up with, they came up as in use. Same story. Never got an email with a password. I even tried signing in and asking for my password as if it was forgotten, and that didn't work. Is this site accepting new people? Is it going out of business?

You could try payperpost, blogvertise, blogitive or loudlaunch. They all have paid me, and I am starting to make some real good money with these sites. Good luck.

Did you check your junk/spam mail? Alot of these paid sites welcome emails will end up there. I would try the lost password again and this time check you junk mail for the email. Good luck!

I've had the same problem. I have one account there, but was going to move one of my blogs from another site to a new sign in and, like you, no email, no response from admin. I just gave up. It's the best blogging site layout I've seen, but I don't have any idea what happened to support. They used to be real good about it. Sorry for your troubles.

I'd still like to try it if they ever got their registration working, but I found another site I like and signed up with them. thisisby.us It's a strange name, with no dot com ending. I put my link on my profile page if you want to check it out. One nice thing about it is that it's kind of small, and very friendly.

You can a lot better money at www.reviewstream.com. It's not a place where you communicate with others at all. You just review things, kitchen appliances, computers, software, food, restaurants, whatever you want to review. All you have to do is have an opinion and the ability to express yourself. They like details. They also have the ability to reject, but, I've only been there one week, made over $15.00 and have only been rejected with one item. (The Anna Nicole Saga) They pay $1.50 per review if it is a substantial review. They pay bulk rate for things like books, movies, stuff like that. Anyway, check it out. www.reviewstream.com

Thanks, but I've already looked into reviewstream and it's not something I'm interested in.
