I know that there are many sites who offer many refferals to your site. None of them is working for me, and it's all just bluffing. I wish I could get many refferals that will sign up under me here, so if anyone is familier with a site that offers refferals, please let me know, and send me a private message.

I have yet to find a place where I can get a lot of referrals, especially active ones. My friends won't even join sites under me :| That said, my favorite site to promote my webpage is http://www.linkreferral.com. It takes a little work as you have to visit others' sites and review a few a day to get your site high on the list, but I think it's worth it. It gets people to actually look at your site and see what you have to offer.
