I gave you another + rating for a great posting. Although I have not tried it, it is something that I would like to do sometime. Have you done it?

Thank you again for the +'s too.
If you need to relax, here is a technique, and it doesn't cost anything.
Just sit down in a quiet room. Be comfortable. Start to relax each part of your body, starting with your toes and working your way up. All you do is close your eyes, and say, my right foot is heavy. I cannot lift my right foot. It is tired, and cannot lift. Then go to your left foot. Do the same. Then go to other parts of your body and say the same thing. Keep saying that you are tired, and it is too heavy to move or lift. It will really relax you dear.

No, I haven't heard of that particular series. I have used the Inner Temple set by Christopher Penczak. It is also a very good set. The set you describe sounds beautiful (the post above states that it has chimes and rain). Whatever a person uses, I just wish that all persons would take the time to sit quietly, regroup and reflect. It does wonder for bloodpressure, focus and anxiety!

Sounds new to me, never ever heard about that and it is my first time to learn that thing thanks to you my friend.
That's a nice piece of CD program to own, where I can purchase a CD like that? I think we don't have here in my country not so sure about that.
How much is the price range of that CD program? I really wish I can have one.
thanks for sharing sigma!!
