Addiction

hey guys am addicted to music.....cant sleep without music.....please help in this matter......

Start by turning your music down a little lower than you would usually have it. Within a couple of nights, you should have it to the point where you can barely hear it at all. You will have to strain to hear it. Eventually, you'll fall asleep, but don't expect to get much that night. Many people have this habit, or with the television or some other "white noise". You need to stop it, though, so that you can be more aware as you sleep (sounds dumb, I know). What I mean is that an impotant noise will wake you if it's quiet - with music, it could get drowned out. That way works, but the one that worked for me is: bought a clock radio and set the "Sleep" timer on it. An hour and a half later, it shuts itself off. If you keep it low to begin with, by the time you're asleep, you won't even miss it. Good luck to you!
