Of course it depends on how angry I am, but sometimes I'll just take a few deep breaths and try to be calm about it. Other times I will cry, sometimes I'll go off by myself for a little bit and think things over. There are also times I will listen to some music, because that helps cool down my anger. How I deal with it depends on the situation. I used to yell and shout at everyone when I was angry, but I've realized that shouting really doesn't get you anywhere. It just makes other people more angry and does nothing to solve the problem. You could try what I do and see if that helps you. I'm sure you'll find a way that you will be able to control your anger! Hope that helped!

when people get angry.. They loose control on themselves. Either they shout on the other fellow or hit them or break or throw things around them. Things broken can be brought back but damage caused by words in anger is hard to repair. So, one should really need to control his/her anger. When i start getting angry, I clench my teeth. try to calm down my temper. I try to speak as soft as i can. If it really goes out of my control i too shout.

frankly speaking i still have no solution to my anger problem. I am not very hot headed but when i get angry I makes me go crazy. The best way to stop anger on any other person is to put yourself in a particular situation other person is facing and think what you could have done. It helps to certain extent.

When I get that angry I try to walk away and find somewhere quiet for a few moments. A few deep breaths and a little bit of time out can work wonders. If I am really upset about something I do try to talk it out first though, to avoid getting really angry.

Anger is one thing that is hard to control. When we got angry, everything follows and controlling it is the hardest part. I used to be this way but as time passes by, I learn to control it gradually. Before my temper gets hot, I slow down a little and think of my 10-minute rage will do or what will be the effect of it. Then I would gradually sit back and think of the positive thing that happened when I didn't let my anger.
