I used to before I began taking medication. I am bipolar and I used to have very frequent, drastic mood swings. Luckily things are much better now.

depressed - Depression, mood swings, miserable, have a good cry
I used to suffer from mood swings, and when I was down I found the best way to cope was to walk away and find somewhere quiet to sit and calm down. when I was younger they were quite frequent, these days I still get them but not that often and when I do, I just have a good cry and clear my head.

I don't think I suffer from mood swings at all.. It is quite difficult to change my mood.. If I am not game for smthing, then it wud take the other person to try his best but then also I think I won't be able to change my mood...

Yes I do suffer with mood swings, my moods are like a rollercoaster and admit I am not the easiest person to live with. Friends know that when I'm in one of my moods to leave me be and give me time and space, I wish my housemate did, that's probably why I snap at him so much and get down and snappy because he won't stop bugging me. I need time out, like going to the gym to help the moods.

oh my do i ever! even with my medication my mood swings can be shall we say "interesting" BUT if I go off my meds....holy crap look out...my mood swings are very intense, very "at the drop of a hat", and occur for no apparent reason whatsoever....Unfortunately they are also quite violent be it to myself or to someone else depending on the circumstances....Luckily though my meds do a pretty good job of keeping them at bay....

I suffer from ME (commonly called postviral chronic fatigue syndrom). One of the frequent symptoms of ME is frequent mood swings. I experience mood swings a lot. it is a pain in the but. I think most people around me agree. I may get very mad very fast due to things i would never even react to at all before i got ME. It gets worse when i need to rest. My way of dealing with the mood swings is thus to rest. i need some quiet time to myself before interacting with others again. The mood swings are one of the first signes that I have done to much and need to rest.

I tend to have them once a month, usually around "that" time. I tend to be very emotional and cry for no reason. I usually know that this is the reason, and try to deal with it the best I can. I usually tell my husband & kids... "mommy is feeling a little bad today so you might want to be on your best behavior & try to be real nice & give mommy lots of hugs & kisses because I need my baby love !!" My kids always try to make me feel better, and 9 times out of 10, it works.

YES i have mood swings and YES they are frequent! and most of the time i just let it swing and swing and swing. but seriously, since i am aware of my frequent mood swings, i just control it by trying not to dwell on negative things that happens around me. "my hormones are playing tennis today, minute by minute it changes its mood."
