I am sorry to hear that. Do you know what your EX is?? Because if you do you might be able to order then from an online retailer for a significantly lower price then going to the dr.

i see commericals about free trials all the time from different companies so that might be a way to get to try them also, they are a lyon's club that sometimes pays for glasses or contacts..umm. they are a place on the internet i know to get low cost glasses called www.goggles4u.com promotion code:35D8B8 to get 5% percent off...a prescription glasses cost $25.99 a pair but they could also have contacts..

I have 20/20 vision if I had to wear either. I would choose glasses contact lenses would be a problem for me, im not into touching my eyeballs. Just seems like it would be uncomfortable for me so I think glasses would work better overall.

I have both Contacts and lens.If you ask my personal opinion I prefer Glasses for daily use. I have a problem of dryness in eyes and the contacts start to hurt after some time. If I have to go to parties then I use my contacts

I have been using glasses for 9 years now. At first the spectalces which had their lenses made of glass were very heavy , that embossed an imprint on your nose. It looked bad. But now , new specs have lenses made of graphite which are feather weight , and hence do not trouble the nose. So glasses not that bad. I prefer specs , it is like an added accessory, you can change them for different ocassions and it gives you a great look.

Not only are they hard to care for you still have to have the glasses for when you don't have the contacts in. I would rather just pay for the glasses and not have the hassle with the contacts. I tried contacts and had to many problems so I'll stick with my glasses.

Glasses, because contacts will hurt the eyeballs.although looks better than glasses but have to pay the cost of beauty. I'd not risk that.

I wear contact lenses but just for color. I have really light brown ones, I love them. I have 20/20 vision I know people that have contacts for color and they still wear glasses for their vision.

I don't need to wear either. I think it would be hard to put the contacts in and glasses are a pain keep slipping off your nose or fogging up.

lol. Touche` ! If anything you should try and get a cheap pair of contactcs and have one of your freinds who wear it help you put one in just to see what it feel like. Who knows it might open up a world of accessories for you. =O)

I prefer to hava a contact lens than wearing an eyeglass. I used to be near-sighted and i need to wear my glasses evrytime and mostly during nights when im still in the streets to enable me to go home lol.

like i had mentioned b4, if you know your RX, you might be able to order them from an online retailer. At a considerably lower price than going to the DR..
