Does anyone know whos suing youtube?

I believe Viacom is suing YouTube for showing parts of TV shows or whole episodes. TV shows that Viacom owns. That's why I have seen a lot of videos being taken off Youtube. I really wish they would not do this.

if u ask...i would telll that i am using youtube.....BUT... u will know the real use of YOUTUBE when u join some other website....and 1 more thing.....in this site....u can see any video/clips of any topic u want.....everything willl be there....which u will not find in anyother site.... i suppose YOUTUBE is GOOD!!

i didnt know someone was suing youtube but yeah thats really stupid! Nothing better happen to it! lol. i love that site and so many people have an account on it, it'll be an outrage if something bad happens!
