Of course. What has marriage got to do with it? These children will most likely die at a very young age, so do you think they care if she is married or not? If only more people had her courage and compassion just think how much better life would be for so many doomed children.

Who cares if she is married or not, she has the money to look after these kids and they are going to a loving home, so thats another life saved is all that matters, not a piece of paper to indicate if she is married or not.
