I wanted to make a simple yet healthy dessert for my and my son, so I looked in the frige and came up with this;A carton of strawberries 2-3 bananas no fat creamer liquid (you know the type for coffe?) I washed and cut all of the fruit up and placed it in a med. bowl, then I put in about 1/8th of a cup of the creamer then mixed all together. I even went futher with this becuase I need the protein in each meal, so I put some myoplex whey protein sweetened with splends (vanilla flvaor) and it tastes great. My son is on his second serving already.

Yummy, sounds good to me. I gave you a + rating for this post. It's great. You can also do this, and it's very good. Take fresh fruit and cut it up, put it into the bottom of a glass. Then put sherbert, or sorbee that you whipped from strawberries and place that ontop of the fruit. An excellent sorce of vitamins and nutrican and sweet.

So glad that you are being creative. Just curious as to what is in that creamer powder. Will have to look up that myoplex?! Familiar with whey so that is not a problem. Happy that you got positive response from your son. Would hope your hubby would too. Thanks for sharing this.

Tasty. I'm not much of a health nut. I'm also not much of a fruit eater & I hate yogurt. But my wife will buy a carton of plain yogurt & various fresh fruits. She adds the cut up fruit to the yogurt and WALLAHHH. A cheap tasty desert I actully will eat. In the summer we add our fresh red rasberries too. That's when it's the best when it's home grown fruits added. I HATE YOGURT. Hahahaha! Thanks for sharing this. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!
