One lazy coworker can seriously damage an entire company . / myLot

One bad apple in a team can spoil the entire barrel . We may argue that the positivity of other co-workers could balance our negative vibes , but this doesn't hold true , apparently . And ignoring the problem won't make him/her vanish into thin air .

that is true, one bad apple can really spoil the entire barrel, one person doesnt want to do things, sooner or later everyone would act the same, they would go why would i work if so and so doesnt and still get pay for it pretty soon everyone dont feel like working

Take some actions,even at the cost of soundind like the office snitch . Your career is at stake too , after all. Report it to your senior authorities and let them know what the problem is. Sitting idle won't help you.

I AGREE WITH YOU.i USE TO BE A MANAGER AT A EWSTURANT AND WE HAD SO MANY LAZY EMPLOYEES...EVEN MANAGERS!!!IT EFFECTED THE WHOLE WORKS DAY OF HOW MUCH OF A CRAPPY JOB THE CLOSER DID THE DAY BEFORE.OR WHEN THERE SOMEONE WHO DOESNT FEEL LIKE WORKING AND THEYRE BEING ALL LAZY AND THE YOU HAVE TO WORK TWICW AS HARD TO GET THE JOB DONE.IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING....BY THE WAY,I QUIT THAT JOB!!!
