Do you actually dress up for work like in the movie – The devil wears prada ? I loved the fashion in the movie – latest bags, expensive branded office wear, high heels, long coats – wow ! Do you really think what to wear every morning to work and actually dress up ? All I do is make sure I’m wearing a decent looking shirt and some eye makeup and I’m done.. hardly takes me half hour to choose and wear my dress for work.

I do not dress up really nice for work, like a suit and tie. I wear a dress shirt and dress pants and shoes but never a suit and tie unless we have special occasions going on or trying to help get our students prepared for job interviews. Fridays is casual day so I just wear jeans, sneakers and a company shirt or a polo shirt. I do not get my clothes out the night before.

I don't dress up for work. I work from home, so I dress however I want. I love the freedom! I don't like getting dressed up.

I never see anyone dressing up much for work Unless they are a lawyer. That is about the only people who dress in dress clothes to work. People have relaxed in their dressing habits in just the last 10 years.

When ever I worked in office's I did dress up like in the movies. I wore the suits had the brief case to match, hair and make-up that took an hour to do. Expensive heels, bags, suits the works. Now I get to go to work looking similar to Crocodile Dundee, just female style. Yehaa Im a sheep hypnotherapist, naa just joking, I work on farms so there's no need for suits or make-up anymore. I wear shorts on hot days and Hard Yakka pants on cold days, I wear Drizabone (oilskin) jackets when it rains and have the proper Aussie outback hat to match my good ole Oz workboots. I love it, no more spending a minimum of tw hours getting prepared for work, I just grab what ever I want, the worse the better, its only gonna get dirty, torn or stained anyway and then head on to work.

Not really.. I just dress appropriately according to our dress code. I wear what I'm comfortable in, but it just so happen that most of my clothes, bags and shoes are designers.. My mum and dad love to buy me expensive stuff, and I'm not complaining of course.. I dont wear make-up either.. It makes me uncomfortable..

I'm a guy. So just take a bath. Grab new underwear, shirt and pants. Clean socks and shoes. Wear my watch. Get my keys. Then I'm off! Breakfast can be had on the way to work. :D Total elapsed time from waking up... 20-30 minutes.

It really depends on where I am working. When I lived in Georgia, I dressed to the hilt. Everything had to match. I moved to Alaska and everything changed. I never saw a man in a suit. The only time women dressed up was if they worked in a bank. I always wore jeans, cowboy boots (or hiking boots)with either a t-shirt or sweater, depending on the time of year. I prefer to work comfortable and that means casual clothes. It only took me 5 minutes to get ready for work. I took the pooch out for his 2 mile walk and then I went to work.

I love to look at girls who dress up. But sometimes when I think of it, girls who come in different outfits everyday, how much DO THEY SPEND. I think its ok for girls to spend on clothes that really look good on them. Doesn't need to be branded. Some girls look good when they know their taste. Cheers

my work starts at 8am and for someone who does not wake up very early, i simply take a bath put on my workclothes, put a little makeup and that's it. im done and im off to work. i dont usually do my hair special. i just make sure that every once in a while i go to the parlor and get it pampered somehow. but u know i still wish somehow i have more time and more money to buy stuff like those in the movie" the devil wears prada"
