Your most embarrasing moment!

When i was in high school i sang in chior. One year we did a musical that required us to dance. I was wearing a long black dress with shoulder pads (yes this was the 80's) and as i'm preforming on stage one of these pads starts to slip. I was dancing my little heart out and waving my arms and all of a sudden (can you guess what happened?) the shoulder pad goes flying out of my sleeve into the audience. I tried not to laugh but it was funny but embarrassing! What is your most embarrassing moment?

I have answered this one like 10 times.
It was when I discovered that a cute woman I was on a "date" with was really a man.
