What is YOUR learning style?

There are three types of learning styles, auditory, visual, and kinesthetic. People generally are stronger in one than they are in the other two. I am mostly visual. I throw away printed instructions because I just don't understand them, if they had pictures I could follow them no problem. What are you? DO you have a bit of each or are you strong in one trait?

I am a hands on learner. When in training for my current job, I found it much easier when I was actually allowed to perform the functions while elarning about them. I am a very quick study, so repetative teaching drives me bonkers. When putting something together or something along those lines, I can do anything if I have an instruction booklet.

I need a combination of auditory and visual. I like when two or more senses are engaged in the learning process. When both types are used, I have an outstanding memory. When I only read or only hear something, my memorization and, sometimes, comprehension goes down too.
