Easy Nilla Wafer Tiramisu

1 tbsp. instant coffee 2 tbsp. hot water 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted 1 tub (8oz) cool whip, thawed 32 nilla wafers 1 cup fresh raspberries 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 square baker's semisweet baking chocolate, grated Add coffee granules to the hot water;stir until dissolved. Gradually add to cream cheese in medium bowl,beating with wire whisk until well blended. Add powdered sugar;mix well. Gently stir in the cool whip. Place 16 of the wafers on the bottom of an 8 inch square dish;cover with half the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers.Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Top with the raspberries just before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.Store leftovers in refrigerator.

We do not use coffee in any form so I would substitute cocoa powder but I think it would be wonderful. I will try it. Thanks I love your recipes. I love to cook

This sounds so easy and quick! Thanks for the recipe. I think I'll do it with some grand marnier, yum. And maybe individual sizes would be cute as well.
