I cannot stand it when people think it's the end of the world that we are like this. I guess if you are a big time meat eater, this would be a problem. I do not eat meat everyday. If I could, I would, but I've adjusted. Everytime we go out, I order a meat dish. He is a vegetarian, but he could care less what I eat, as long as I am healthy.

I am vegetarian. I eat cheese...sometimes I even eat fish or something. Sushi. When I visit my mother she forces me to eat a little chicken because I have a few health problems. (I do not have enough protein, calcium or iron. I also faint a lot)

You faint!? Do these have anything to do with your diet? My husband eats cheese and eggs, sometimes seafood. We made fish tacos tonight.

Not really. I've always been like that..even when I ate meat and was only a little kid. My body has a problem absorbing things from food. I even take daily vitamins but...somedays it just doesn't want to take it or something. I don't have insurance so I really can't get checked anymore.

My husband and I are both vegetarian. It would be hard if only one of us was since I prepare 95% of the meals we eat and we don't eat out much.

It's not hard for us since I do not cook meat at home. When I do feed my son meat, it's organic, precooked stuff. That was one reason we didn't want him to eat meat right away, the hormones.

Why do you bother what other's think. My hubby is non vegetarian but he does not eat fish, chicken, mutton and only has eggs. He does not bother if I eat it as far as he gets what he eats.

I'm not saying I'm bothered by it. I'm saying it's annoying. It desn't consume me.

I do not see what the big problem would be here myself either. If neither you or you hubby has a problem with it then you are fine cause it is between the two of you. These people just dont see all the angles on this i agree as long as you are healthy everything is great.
