Problem in THOMSON LYRA PDP2842U

i got some message when i start it. the message is as below:
Failed to load files Reset Unit to Resume operation.
Update LyraHD System files if problem persists.
if i Reset the unit then also the same problem occured
Please help me about this type of problem & tell me about solution.
