Hi Friends and Members, I would just like to send this message to all of my dear friends you mean a lot to me and today I went to get my results from the doctor regarding my sugar diabeties and as one of my dearest friends on mylot knows also I had trouble on Monday with my blood pressure it was far to high due to stress in regards to my youngest daughters problems caused by a man of course lol. Anyway when I went today the doctor gave me my results and he is so very happy with me that I do not have to go back again for 6 months it has been difficult sometimes to do the right thing by my health but I did not want it to get worse especially as you know I just celebrated my wedding anniversary and I do not know if something happened to me what my children would of felt like so thank you all for being my friend here on mylot and responding to my discussions. Thank you Gaby, for being there for me all the way through these dreadful times with my illness and yes I am very happy that I do not have to go back to the doctors for 6 months, and I will go and have my blood pressure tested in about 2 months just so I do not have to worry about it.

that's great kathy... this shows that God loves you a lot and always protect you from harm... He also cures you from your illness... that's amazing... i'm very happy to know it... take care of your health and God Bless you...

That is great news that you do not have to go back again for 6 months as you definitely have improved your health. That is wonderful news. We do have to be careful with our stress levels as well as the foods we eat and the amount of exercise we get. It looks like we both have done a lot to improve our health as my blood sugar test showed as being normal. Congratulations again.

Wow that's so great Kathy..see all the hard work and hard choices you have made have paid off with the highest results...better health!!! I know that being compliant is very difficult..but it's all about your long life and good health and I'm sooooooo proud of you...It's easier in this life to look at the short term and not make the tough decisions that will affect the rest of your life...but you did it!!!! I believe you get a standing ovation ( can you hear the crowd roar?) and a BIG GOLD STAR on your chart for the day!!!!...and if you close your eyes you will envision all the confetti that is falling around you in celebration of such hard work and good results!!!!!Go Kathy!!!!!

You have been working hard on your diet, we can tell by some of the yummy recipes and hints you have posted. The blood pressure will also respond to diet, and prayer and meditation. We can love our children deeply, but we cannot fix their mistakes, or make their choices. Continue to good things for yourself, as your daughter will need you to be her rock. Do not let stress kill you. All the best.

Hi Kathy! That's terrific news for you honey, you must have felt great relief when your doctor gave you the results on your sugar diabetes. You have obviously got to avoid stress and I know that can be hard to do.
I have adopted a new phylosophy in the last few months - if there is a problem within the family and there is nothing I can do about it, just leave it be - it usually sorts itself out anyway. Looking at life this way is helping me avoid being stressed and getting ill. It takes a while to put it into practice, but it's worth it.

That's a real wonderful news, Kathy! am so happy to hear that and I hope everything keeps going right and you can leave the memories of diabetes behind. Just don't stop watching at your diet closely 'till your doctor could find no traces of diabetes in your blood... Godbless!

I am very pleased to here that you don't need to go back to the doctors for six months. It is always a little hard having to always go to the doctors. I guess the good thing about the doctors surgery you will never miss an issue of new idea or woman weekly. lol. I wish you all the best in your health over the coming months. May you only need to see the doctor for a sore throat.
