Your hates about your ISP?

i just want to know what do you hate about your Internet Service Provider... please post here.. my hates about my isp is that.... 1. It is very very slow sometimes.. 2. Sometimes busy... by the way my isp is Pldt here at philippines... how about you?

yes me too hate my isp becouse it is very slow and simes it is cuting the connection
