What do you think about high/low-cost of living?

In Indonesia you must pay Rp 1.000,- for urinating, Rp 2.000,- for bath, Rp 500,- (minimum) for turning right your car on the way... [$ 1.00 = (+-) Rp 9.220,-] Could you give me any other cost of living in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta? And what's your opinion about that? Hi myLotters all over the world... How is it in your country? And what's your opinion?

i think this happen because our currency is to low on the foreign exchange.imagine,US$ 1 is amount about 9.000 rupiah.this thing affected to our macro economic system that makes our country have a high cost to live.
