do u like the old godsmack or new?

I love Godsmack. I dont consider there stuff as old though. I think they have been around for a bit now but they are still very much the same sound. to me, they are my new metallica. i used to love metallica when they had their old sound. the new sound doesnt suit them. Godsmack is still very much on the same musical path as when they started. I love everything the do. I hope they dont change their sound because then I probably wont listen to them just like i dont listen to metallica anymore. it is sad but true...lol

Their new album is excellent. I love their old stuff too. THey are all around a great band that has stuck to their gut and play amazing Rock music.

I like their song VooDoo. My daughter used to play them alot but I liked this one the most. :)

Godsmack is an amazing band. I am a huge fan of them and I love both their new stuff and old stuff. I would have to say that I enjoyed the older music better because it had more passion and voice in it. I think when the band was creating the older music they were going through rough times and had more angry emotions to put into the songs. The olders songs are eaiser to relate to and they bring out the emotions in you.
