Life.... I got to learn guitar.... Help People!!!

Is Any one a guitarist over here????? People I want to learn guitar... actually I have gotthis six string and actually I have started learning a bit and I know a few chords such as G, G7, D, D7, F, and C but I know that its quite less.... I was just looking out for some interesting ways from you guys to get my self tucked to guitaring and some ways to increase my speed and my finger strength. I would also like to know as to how much should I practice in a day so that I may be able to play atleast one song by 7th of May.... Any suggestions will be appreciated... friends please help me out!!! Thanks Raphael

hey pal, Dont worry dude i think it the same with evry guitarist in the world to have faced this problem.... U SEEM TO BE on stage one but keep it up.... all i can suggest is that you must play it from your heart and keep your ears wide open when playing your guitar .....your finders would always move with your brain and heart...... ALSO ONE THING IS THAT YOU MUST LISTEN TO GUITAR SONGS CDS ....THAT ILL SOON SEND TO YOU!!!!!

Always the best thing to do is check out a good teacher. Being self taught is not easy. Even if you can afford once a month a lesson is better than nothing. I see with my tai ji, if I go to my ShiFu regularly it is different from just practicing by myself. No comparison to tell you the truth. I haven't gone for a bit to class and I really miss it.
