How do you keep yourself from taking an abusive partner back?

{I NEED TO SAY MORE} after reading the answers i felt i should write again! thing about posting is u have to hope the person comes back to read what u wrote. i am concerned about the pregnant lady who is thinking of adoption: i want to just say please think b4 giving up the little one-- u may regret it later.. i have 4 babies from the loser but i wanted them all. it was something i said i will get something good out of this horrible marriage. thank God for my boyz. they make me strong! i am here becuz of them! yes its a pain to deal with the loser but i am sure hed find something else to bother me about. he still calls crying for me -he uses the boys as an excuse to see me.. How do you keep yourself from taking an abusive partner back?
