My son disloacted his knee for a 2nd time!!

Epsion salt works great for this and cold ice warte. I have spang my ankle plenty have times. I am sure he is in lots of pain. I hope he gets to feeling better soon.

It hasn't happened to me but it has happened to my son. He wouldn't let me take him to the hospital even though he was in great pain. However, during the night his knee swelled up so much and he was in a lot of pain so he didn't object to going to the hospital. All they did was x-ray it and strap it up and they gave him a pair of crutches. As I was leaving the hospital, I stopped to talk to the porter at the door and he told me the best thing to do was to rub goose grease on the knee. I culdn't get goose grease, but I made some ice packs and these brought the swelling down and helped alleviate the pain. I hope your son will soon be better as I know the pain must be very uncomfortable.
