Lighterlife Diet

Hi there everyone, I was just wondering whether there is anyone out there who has been on, or who is on, the Lighterlife Diet? I have been on it since January and I have lost almost 3 stone so far. Its hard work and a drastic last resort but i got to being 9 stne overweight and i just could go on being big anymore. I would love to hear from other people who have done it or who are doing it, for a bit of moral support and to chat about it. Lisa

hey lisa thanks for sending link to the forum. i would like some info on this lighterlife diet as im also about 4 stone over weight and i have tried everything but nothing seems to work for me. avonbev

Hi Avonbev, The site you want for info on Lighterlife is www.lighterlife.com. Suze off the other forum is on it also and has lost over 8 stone, so it is a good diet. Its a bit pricey but it is very effective. Lisa
