How do u upload photos?

HEy friends,I am having problems uploading photos to my discussions.Let me ask first ,do all the photos uploaded by u r ur own or do u download it frm the internet.If u download it frm the internet do u hav problems uploading those to ur discussions? Please help me out here?

You have to have at least a rating of 500 in order to post pictures into a discussion. Just keep posting, you'll get there.

Really i didnt know that at all,if it is so i hav a long way to go then,but i hav already uploaded one photo,but i think i hav a problem uploading photos that i download frm the internet and save to my pc.thanks for ur reply.
