How many here are good cooks?

I love to cook and I'm told I am a good cook. I love to create new things for my family and have them ask me to do it again and again. Sometimes however I just need a bit of a brake, but it's ok because all of us in here cook well. I can trust my husband or my daughter to make a wonderfull and tasty meal:) Even my son is starting to cook more and coming up with very good food.

I love to cook and bake from scratch. I do not like fast foods or tv dinners. I love homemade breads and deserts. I love to cook different cultural foods. I like veggi dishes, chicken, meat, and some seafood. I like to make interesting and different meals. My hubby loves to eat, so gotta keep him happy. :)

I enjoy cooking. My specialty is seafood. I like making shrimp, crabs, clams and fish meals. I also make great salads. I feel guilty if I don't have a salad at least every other day. I rarely go to fast food places and never eat TV Dinners. If you practice cooking, you can prepare a good meal in about 30 minutes. And if you aren't sure what to do, you can find just about any recipe on the internet. Lloyd

I think I can cook well but I still need practice. I just started learning how to cook two months ago, when I was forced by my sister who lives with me here in the U.S. to start cooking our food. My sister and my roommate have complimented me on my cooking (hope they're not only trying to make me feel better -- haha). I do enjoy cooking -- it's like experimenting in chemistry (I'm a science teacher). I think it's better to cook our meals than having to dine out all the time, or just microwave TV dinners.
