Hi..Vitamins B6,limited clinical evidence that vits.b6 may be benefit in reducing pre menstrual symptoms including depression. Typically, woman take 100 mg per day athough one study suggested that a lower dose (50 mg) may have the same effect. Other preliminary research indicates that woman who recieve the equivalent of 1200 mg of calcium and 400 IU of Vitamin D per day (through food or supplements) have a significantly lower incidence of premenstrual symptoms than woman who did not. Im Happy to share more next time, but this will help other women suffer menstrual cramps. VITAMIN E, several ramdomized controlled trials have shown that vits E significantly improves both phisical and emotional premenstrual symptoms. one study reported that high dose of vit E helped reduce menstrual cramps. The doses much higher than those recommended, and could possibly increase the risk for bleeding.:-)

Im sure the women would like to know this, and thank you for sharing this information..I take a vitB complex,it is a liquid you put under your tongue, its much better than to pills because it goes straight to your body and you do not loss any of it benefits...I also take calcium,Msm with clocosamine for my bones, and vit E, I also take flax seed oil gelltab,,, the only thing I don't take is th D and I read that it can be bad if you got to much,I did not know if it was in my other vitamins so i did not take it....IM sure this will help for the women that have bad menstrual cramps, but i had cancer cells when i had my last baby so i had to have surgery after she was born,so no more for me...
